It starts with a $5,000 on-site Workflow Audit, credited 100% to your build if you sign within 45 days. Builds start at $25,000, and most land between $25k and $75k. You get a fixed price before any code is written.

What do I get from the audit if I don't build?

A map of how work moves through your company, what your current tools really cost you, and a prioritized roadmap with a fixed quote. It's yours either way.

Who owns the software?

You do. Your build is yours to keep, with no subscription and no license fee. We build on a proven base we've refined across clients, and you get a permanent license to it inside your system. That's why you're not paying to reinvent the wheel.

Is there any monthly cost?

No license fees, ever. Hosting and AI usage run in your own accounts, billed to you directly at cost. The care plan is optional, from $750 a month. Cancel it anytime and your software keeps running.

How long does it take?

Your proposal includes a fixed timeline after the audit. We don't guess before we've seen how your business runs.

What if you disappear?

Your code, hosting and data live in your accounts from day one. Nothing is held hostage.

Do we have to replace the tools we use now?

No. We keep what works and connect it. We only replace what's costing you time or money.

Is our data safe, and who can see it?

It lives in your accounts. You grant our access, and you can revoke it any time.

What happens during the on-site visit?

Up to three days at your location. We sit with the people who do the work in the office, the field and the shop, and follow a job from first call to final invoice. Travel outside [YOUR SERVICE AREA] is billed at cost: airfare and lodging at cost, mileage at the IRS rate, meals at the federal per diem.

Do you only work with contractors?

No. Our roots are in construction and the trades, and the method works anywhere work moves through people, paper and apps.
